Joint Statement on annual Leave and Study Leave

Dear All

As mentioned previously, as a result of the COVID leave statement, trainees in Wales who are remaining in a training programme are entitled to roll over their unused study leave allocation from August/September. 

In order to ensure that we have accurate records of what trainees have spent and therefore entitled to through the roll-over mechanism we need them to ensure their Study Leave records on INTREPID are accurate and up to date. 

The following email and attachment was sent via INTREPID to all trainees earlier this month and a reminder has also gone out again today.

I would be grateful for your assistance in ensuring this message gets to trainees and so would appreciate it if you could pass this on to your trainee reps and ask them to disseminate and also include it in any comms you are also sending out to your trainees.
